1. General 

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Studio Ivan, located at Hurksestraat 19, 5652 AH Eindhoven and registered under Chamber of Commerce number 80763006, hereinafter referred to as “Studio Ivan” or “we”.

1.2. By placing an order, the customer automatically accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Orders

2.1. Orders can be placed via our website or other designated sales channels.

2.2. Studio Ivan reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, at its discretion and without giving any reason.

2.3. Upon receipt of an order, we will send an order confirmation to the customer’s provided email address. This confirmation serves as proof of the order.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.

3.2. Payment must be made in the manner indicated during the ordering process. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

3.3. If payment is not made in a timely manner, Studio Ivan reserves the right to cancel the order or suspend further delivery.

4. Delivery

4.1. Studio Ivan aims to deliver orders as soon as possible, but delivery times are indicative only and not binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4.2. Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to compensation, nor the right to cancel the order unless the delay is significant and Studio Ivan can be deemed negligent.

4.3. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Warranty

5.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement and return the products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

5.2. Returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and be in unused condition.

5.3. If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, the customer must report this to Studio Ivan within 48 hours of receipt. We will then arrange for replacement or repair, depending on the situation.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the website, products, and content are owned by Studio Ivan or its licensors.

6.2. Without prior written consent from Studio Ivan, the customer is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content or material from the website for commercial purposes.

7. Complaints

7.1. Complaints about products or services must be reported in writing to Studio Ivan as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after discovery.

7.2. Studio Ivan will handle complaints as quickly as possible, but no later than within 30 days, and strive for a satisfactory solution.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. Dutch law exclusively applies to all agreements between Studio Ivan and the customer.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the agreements between Studio Ivan and the customer shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Studio Ivan is located unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise.

9. Amendments

9.1. Studio Ivan reserves the right to unilaterally amend or supplement these terms and conditions at any time.

9.2. Amendments will come into effect upon publication on the Studio Ivan website.
